Trending @Cognizant; For anyone designation changed from PA to A in associate 360 in 1C

I completed 30 months from DOJ on 23rd June , When I checked with my HM, he says that it has to be 30 months from last promotion, but I’m pretty sure he’s just misguiding. I raised GSD and they gave the response that promotions have not yet started. I have YEA rating 3 , utilisation green and rto is also followed as per my work model. Now I want to know when will I be promoted and who do I reach out for any questions. I know my HM won’t give me a correct response. anyone has any idea on this?
