For an onsite employee (canada) is there a way to go to India for 2 months.

I am currently in canada on a closed work permit and i have more than 20 vacation leaves. I want to go to India for 2 months. I want to utilise the 20 vacation leaves and then work 20 days from India. Does anyone know if this is legally possible and allowed.

It's not allowed in Canada. Manager also won't allow as it's 1 month Working in india and earning canadian salary. For few days it can be discussed with manager.

For unplanned leaves, again you need to talk to your manager. If you go on leave then for TCS it's a billing loss so no one will allow
