For all those orgs doing hiring drives..

If you can't roll out an offer the same day as your hiring drive, you dear sir/ madam are the winner of numbskull games. You have missed the memo completely. You are also missing a thing called brain - but how does that matter. right?

A hiring drive implies speed. Speed is the only signal the candidate notices. Why do you think he/she signed up in the first place?

And then when your panel gives a green signal.. (someone in the team) wants to do another round, that can be done tomorrow or day after, want to vet paper work and all.. Tell me dimwit.. why the hell did you do a hiring drive in the first place then? You created urgency - then drowned it in red tape. NOICE.

Listen up, If you are thinking of doing the offer call tomorrow - don't make the call. They already know your standards. Get this in your head - if the phone is shitty no one cares about the unboxing experience. PERIOD.
