For 2nd round interview at Infosys, interviewer didn't show up and I waited the entire time in the call. What is the matter? Please suggest.

Recently, I gave an interview for Automation Tester role in Infosys. Qualified 1st tech round. Got invitation for 2nd round (Techno-managerial round) but interviewer didn't show up, waited for 30 minutes (entire schedule period). Later in the evening I received an email from Infosys as 'urgent action - incomplete application' to fill additional information.
