After applying coupons, if total food order is less than 200, zomato adds delivery, but swiggy doesn't. So swiggy any day
It doesn't add delivery for me if the order value is 200+ before the coupon
But packing charges have increased a lot so I prefer homemade or gmg out

Zomato refund process is good compared to Swiggy, as I ordered yesterday and by mistake my order got cancelled by my end then they charged 100% and there is not any option like if you talk to customer care then they waived off, also one time Swiggy delivered very pathetic food, then I tried for refund they didn’t gave the refund they asked to go to food safety of india so I think zomato is better
Both are bad then, they delivered spoiled food to me and only chatbot on both so they just denied

Yes, do less marketing. So results in that also only limited brands unlike other who onboard anyone even if they are unhygienic as hell
