Fomo for more ctc

Well it’s as the title says, i feel too much fomo to get a higher TC, my current tc is not low but I know people in same profile and exp get 20% more.

Also I see people getting offers for 30+lpa makes me feel what do I have to do for it.

I saw a leetcode post today, at 2.5 work ex one person got 45 lpa base salary+ 6 lakh jb from uber. Instead of feeling the fomo I took inspiration that if he can do i can also do.

Fomo will always be there I guess.
