Planning to purchase an under constructed property from investment point of view, the plan is to sell it before completion.
Do you reckon with AI taking over and workforce reducing; selling such properties in the future would become difficult and I would end up losing money?

Better buy a plot. Why take risk with construction bs? Land has an intrinsic value by itself and also it will cost you less and sell faster
