Currently I have overall 4.3 yrs of experience in manual testing domain and learning automation and till today my base pay is somewhat around 5.5 LPA and still waiting for my promotion having mal as 38 on analyst level … what best advice you can give ?

Two options Talk to manager and du lead check what are your chances of getting promoted in upcoming cycle.
If you get promotion take it and switch
If you don't then also leave you are way underpaid
