Folks, I got an offer from other team in IBM, just wanted to know, What is the maximum salary for 7B band in IBM ISL??!

What could be the salary range for 9 yoe in C++ at @ibm? What could be an appropriate band? Highest education: Mtech

Thave got an offer from IBM ISL for 20 LPA fixed, my current ctc is 18.5 LPA. I was told if i quote a higher salary i might get rejected and they inderectly forced me to say 20 LPA. I feel like that is low. What to do now. How to ask for...

I have got an offer from IBM ISL and its just around 15% more than my current company. I am having around 5 yr experience and around 18 LPA. Should I try out thos oppurtunity? . Currently I am in Infosys and ISL is produc based company
