As it’s a quadrennial thing, how do you celebrate it? What plans do you make?
Also, what happens to the extra leave lost for Birthday off on non-leap years? I am curious about that as well.

Or do you sincerely believe in having off-days on birthdays? Do employers judge us for having our day to ourselves?
