now I'm seeing people suddenly destroying shop with English boards (I don't support destroying but I do feel board shouldd be written in kannada and English) and Vandalizing some food Van because it's use only English.

Saw some reels on Insta where Folks in auto and scooty rider are arguing over person not speaking in kannada or rather speaking in English or hindi.

One of the Politician saying Folks from North come to south and clean toilets (can't pin this point to just bangalore city).
First I feel there always few people who do all those things but now frequency seem increasing, I hope this will not become worst with time.
I did meet some really great localites so entirely this post is not painting this beautiful city into bad light.

Kannadigas as a whole are one of the most welcoming & cultured communities in India.
Every state has its fringe. The fringe gets more eyeballs because of the viral nature of their intermittent acts. It'll blow over in a couple of days. The same scene repeats every 5 years for the past few decades.

Kannadigas as " most welcoming" ? I have seen Pakistani people being more friendly than these folks. Fringe people are being more and more encouraged by politicians since creating a community divide is the only way they can stay in power. This is never going to blow over. Every week we see some or the other incident in Bangalore. They don't want to learn Hindi but now have problems with English also?
It would be easy to live there if we just ignored these folks. But now they themselves come and try to provoke you. Never saw this in any other part. I hope Kannadigas in gurgaon get a taste of their own medicine
Muslims living in Mumbai have been facing this for long. There will be always discrimination and hostility based on race, religion and now language. It's a base case in India.
