Folks doing part-time moonlighting with a regular job, how do you manage payments?
Question to guys who are working part time for a startup Or foreign client along with a regular job.. How do you manage payments and hide your side-gig from your primary employer?
Can you take payments in your own account or in account of someone else?
How do you ensure your employer don't find out.. Perhaps use a different laptop .

You can use same account, doesn't matter, your employer cannot check your bank balance or credits. You CANNOT moonlight in two indians companies if both deduct PF since that can be viewed by employers.
If you frequently screen share only then you need two laptops, or if one of your employer uses tracking tools.
Its doable, dont stress, definitely do it.
