Folks , have 11 years of experience and currently working in TCS, is it a good move to cognizant if we get 28Lakhs ctc?please advise

My technology is storage and backup (infrastructure) and current ctc is 22L and you know the variable component in TCS how much we are getting and WFO torture.

We need to know your CCTC , technology,total YOE
