FNZ (Fintech) is a good company?

Hi all, Need advice for my bestfriend. He is been shortlisted in FNZ company for QA role with 2.5yoe. Need to know if anyone has any idea about the company? How is it's wlb and if hybrid is allowed or it has strict work from office policy? Any response would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
