Trending @Accenture; FnF Calculation

I kept my resignation on Nov 28th and my LWD is Dec 26th, I opted buy out for rest of notice period shortfall days. I got some increment which is effective from Dec 1st. And I have 35 days vacation leaves for which they have to pay me.

So, which base pay they will consider for buy out shortfall days and vacation leaves pay? Pre Dec 1st or Post Dec 1st??

Please let me know if someone have any knowledge about it!

TIA

It can be discussed with your HR

@Anonymous0831 do we need to get any approval from our manager also before reaching out to HR? Or we can directly talk with HR

Generally, basic pay is paid to employer in lieu of the short notice served. check you offer letter for confirmation. Also, Accenture only adjust ELs during seperation. Now, you can calculate. Portal is open.
Tip: Reduce your base pay as soon as you can 🤣🤣. This might save you some good bucks which you can use to have a party with your Family 😃.

All the best for new assignment!!

They dont consider base pay increase if you have put down papers

But u will be paid out by your new employer, in the both the cases old and new base pay. Correct? I think the only problem will be ur leave encashment then.
