
Fluidity list querry
Suppose if someone has 3.8 rating last year with C and 4.4 rating with good remarks but still get C band in current year from same project, will he still be laid off in upcoming fluidity ? Rto compliant, no issues with boss also nothing. etc.

Mark my words big layoffs are going to happen in near terms, management is very serious about this and expect a very huge layoffs due to this AI issue, regular internal meetings are happening and they are discussing how to reduce the headcount...if some one thinks this post is fake you are most welcome to ignore this but this is a big reality and you can keep this as a bell warning before real cut so prepare yourself better.

Why will you get C with 4.4 rating?? That's not possible. The band should be related to feedback you receive

Ngl this current hiring is for talent. The organisation is losing talent super fast. In last 1 year from our project itself 7 resignations from digital pool including myself. So dont be fooled by job posting cause they struggling to fill gaps.
For those existing here they take for granted and treat like shit. My advice 2 to 3+ YoE just run.

Suppose if someone is called to fluidity HR Room for layoff discussion - and if without physical fighting by self...can HR and security forcefully throw out of the Room ?
Suppose associate is defensive and quite but does not want to leave the job...

This is the new normal. I saw some of my friends layed off even with A rating.

It's decision of your project management based on your dependency. There is no black and white rule to this.

earlier some spokesperson used to at least say no layoffs planned or something kind of etc.
they are saying hiring is on...but firing off or firing probability low no where they are saying !

Is layoff still continuing? Because I could see in job portals that there are lot of job openings in TCS
