Fluidity List Criteria
My manager said below is the major criteria to put into fluidity list: 1 - Asking for project release or had asked earlier for release. 2- Not actively taking projects while in bench earlier. They are checking bench history for this. 3- Very much high salary wrt experience 4- Demanded for anything like location trasfer etc etc.. 5- Deployment index
Not sure about genuiness but I got to know hence shared in this forum
What is fluidity list though? I keep seeing this term... But no one knows what is it. Is it to terminate people??
Because why would asking for project release be seen as a bad thing?
Yes kind off , this is the list prepare by manager to put billable resource to rmg. Every unit has targets.
I rejected my band after the band rejection discussion with Manager and he asked me not to reject it again. I rejected again as I even ignored my health and worked my ass off to be given B band and as a result I was put into fluidity list.
RMG tried to outsmart my bench period by delaying approvals, but still managed to get allocation from other account
How did you know your name was in fluidity list?
