Fluidity List & Exception List

If your name is in the fluidity list, you can connect with your manager and get your name added in the exception list. This new exception list is being created to identify valid resources and save them from layoffs. Managers need to submit your name along with justification and billing details. if all checks out, your name will be removed from fluidity exercise.
