Flipkart vs Oracle Health SDE2

Hi all, have recently promoted for SDE2 in flipkart. Current CTC: 23L+10%(performance bonus)+12L stocks

I got EE rating for sde2, lets assume number will be in range from 10-12%.

Oracle Health OHAI offer Role: SMTS(SDE2) Base: 37.7L Stocks: 42.5L RSUs(40,30,20,10)

Total experience: 4 years Shall I consider this offer and leave flipkart? Or shall I stay here only. Need some advice from oracle folks about Oracle health(cerner)

One more company rounds going on: zepto sde2, but am not align there as they have hectic wlb.

Oracle CTC is significantly bigger than Flipkart, I can't fathom how is this even an question. What was the ctc that you were expecting/ targeting, would love to know about it.

Zepto - No. Shitty wlb, 6 days of wfo in some teams(met a guy from non tech), meetings at midnight is true as well (sde). The only factor to join would be money.

The only thing you have to know before moving to oracle is there are no or very minimal hikes. So if you are fine with the same salary for next 2-3 years then Oracle is good option, or you can try to negotiate a bit more
