Gave 4 long rounds for Flipkart sde 2 position. Did a decent job in all rounds (according to me). Now I am getting ghosted. HRs are not picking my calls from the last 6 or 7 days. Also saw a leetcode post today, the person had the same 1st round as mine so I think he got selected.
Feeling very sad because this is the 3rd company that has ghosted me after taking all the rounds.
HRs don't even have the basic work ethic to say yes/no on a 30 seconds call. Worst people I'd say
