Flipkart | Product Manager 2 | Doubts regarding offer

Hey ! I have an offer from Flipkart (Bangalore) for Product Manager 2. But it seems a bit low to me considering my current compensation with Amazon. Can I expect 50LPA Base pay + 7.5LPA variable and stocks more than 284 units (Prized at 174.32$, Vesting period 4 years - 25% each year) ?
