Flipkart APM or Startup APM

Hey all, my cousin has an APM offer from Flipkart along with another entry-level APM offer from another hyper funded startup based out of Mumbai with a slightly higher offer. He is really confused to choose Flipkart or the other like he is more inclined to join Flipkart given the apm program pedigree and name but the other startup can provide high growth opportunities, he wants to build his own startup later.

Does flipkart provide with growth opportunities which any series A, B startup would provide? He doesn’t want to be in a pure MNC ecosystem,

I’ve told him he will learn not just development but scaling things better at flipkart than any other indian firm. Needs honest opinions
