Who made how much? This is some good news given the layoffs and the funding winter. If someone can share; ESOPs vested, role at the company , YOE and how much they made, would motivate others to believe in the long term.

Got around 7L from phone pe payout. Suddenly feels like 3-4 months salary hit my bank account suddenly.
News is saying 70% of employees are getting hikes. And 30% of them aren't getting any.
Any idea how much hikes they are giving to the rest 70% people?
