Flexible working
I recently saw various media reports about hybrid and flexible working at Infosys with their ambitions to have 33% employees working remotely.
This reminded me about 25x25 model😂, jokes apart this made me believe once again that "FUTURE IS HYBRID"
I also know sick minded old faishon uncles of TCS won't think for that

Tcs is blind and deaf ! While many employees likes/prefers hybrid they don’t hear them ! Obviously some may like working in ofc set up! Let the project teams be given those choices to choose between! Forcing something that cxo believes onto everyone is like slavery!!! Only freedom employees have is to leave and find a new boss and circle continuous as long as the boss is not generous!!
For my case the qva that tcs is blackmailing to deduct if not compliant to rto is peanuts compared to expenses incurred of rto!! Added mental agony everyday to time your day right from waking up and running to ofc and having no me time or family time!!! Bullshit ! Only sector which can work remotely comfortably is not leveraging it I feel
They just want to fire people, so they tried this approach. If they fire a large number of employees so their job security tag vanishes out. And then there is nothing with the name of TCS. As we all know they don't give us a good hike, no increment and always open their for resignation. They also hire freshers for getting tax benefits nothing more than that. They have some so-called departments for social well-being and bla bla bla which is good for nothing. Overall they are running a company not a social service. But what they mention in public is that they are doing social service by giving employment to the people. And if it comes to salary, i don't have to say about it every employee of TCS know about it.
Nobody can stop the arrival of Work From Anywhere. Few ancient folks will try to resist but won't be able to for long. Simple because workers increasingly will ditch companies forcing 5 days in office
In TCS most of hire management are Bald uncles with almost 20,24 yrs of exp... What can you expect
Not just TCS every company is calling employees to office. But going to office just to swipe is a pain that to every day. When I see people sitting in cafeteria, common areas and all with laptop taking calls it feels bad. They don't have proper infrastructure to provide every one a desk and they want every one in office...god knows what kind of bonding we all missed during covid time. At least i never felt a need.
TCS reminds me going SBI a decade ago.
