Flexi leave in Notice Period
Can we take a flexi holiday during the notice period? And what about sl , do they extend the notice period if we take sl ,cl,el.

Only sick leaves, they may extend if you avail other leaves

And also is there any limit on sick leave like can we apply 2 each month?

You can avail any leave before notice period, it will not impact.
But while serving notice period you can avail only sick leaves that too not more than 2 days straight.
You can avail sick leaves as much as you can if you have valid medical certificate
Also as per hr you can avail flexi leaves also but check with manager once

As per HR, we can take Flexi leaves when on Notice period.
