Hey! I'm looking for a female flatmate in my fully furnished 3BHK flat in Adarsh Palm Retreat, Bellandur. It’s available from 1st May 2025. Here’s the breakdown on rent and utilities (please note, these are set prices and not negotiable):

1. Rent: Rs. 33,000/- p.m
2. Maintenance: ₹4,000/m ( 24k is paid quarterly split between 2 )
3. Deposit: ₹1,00,000
4. Cook: ₹8000/m ( split between 2 )
5. Help/Maid: ₹4500/m ( split between 2 )
6. Wi-Fi & electricity bills: Split equally between 2 ( approx 2.5k p/m )

About the apartment:

2. Fully functional kitchen with fridge, microwave, chimney, utensils etc
