I'm looking out for a flatmate to share a 1BHK apartment in Andheri East.
5 mins from WEH, 10 mins walking distance to Gundavli Metro station & Andheri station. Office connectivity should not be an issue.
It is a semi furnished flat and I have rented out a few appliances. Wifi available as well.
Flat is on the 3rd floor, no lifts are available. Parking space for 2 wheeler is freely available, but 4 wheeler isn't.
It is an old society premises, so the flat size is decent (compared to other 1BHK around), but the building itself is going under redevelopment from the next year.
The rent is 35k which would be split between the two of us.
