Flat hunting in Gurgaon

New to Gurgaon. Looking for 1RK/1Bhk flats near dlf phase 4. Wanted to know what budget should I be looking at for a flat with basic facilities. Also, if you guys could shed some light on the intra city travel in Gurgaon it would be very helpful.
