Assholes gave me 7.47% VP (22k) which is less than last years 10%VP(29k) I got in June 2023 ,wtf do they think man , this is complete BS. Seriously Fck all this bs i am not being pro active in work , I am looking for outside fck Accenture

I got VP of 15.80% , no hike … & I have already submitted my papers

I am in Notice Period.Got full vp and 150 percentage hike. Dropped paper on 23 rd april.Abhi to maat ghum rahe hain np mein himachal.🙂‍↕️

Man my lead hasn't even reached out yet regarding the hike/promotion. Tho the team did bring it up she said it be communicated later on. Stuff like makes me feel there ain't gonna be a promo or hike for me this year

How this vp got calculated man,anyone knows it .?

Iteration rate must be high this month 4 people in my team are on notice period including my manager
