383000 is fixed compensation mentioned in offer letter. So I should be getting 31916 per month After deductions of 2k(pf+prof.tax) I should be getting 29916 right? But I am receiving 28116 per month Can someone shed light on this why am I receiving less?

Pf deduction will be two times as mentioned in offer.. your share and employer share will be deducted from your salary …
If your pf deduction is 1800 , another 1800 will be deducted and reported as employer share

Thank you for reply, in my case 1800 from my end 550 from my employer share, 1250 from my employer to NPS 🥲
