
Trending @HCL; Fix your mood, your life will get better
I'm moving from complaining about things in my life to taking things in control. I started reading this book: Be Here Now by Ram Dass and trying to make my days better by being in control
Some things that you folks can do too:

Get a workout in 4/7 days of the week. Anything is okay: Gym, Sports, Yoga, At home on the yoga mat

Meditate: Try it out. It feels amazing. Use any of the apps and just do for 10 mins at a time

Meet friends/family and be fully present in every conversation.

Avoiding temptations creates resistance. It creates fire in you. If this fire doesn't exist, you're dead. SO embrace resistance, fight your temptations (smoking, drinking too much, overeating, p**n) etc.

We plan for the future. When the future comes, we are already planning for the next future. Imagine: You planned to go out for a lunch with friends, and on the lunch you constantly think about work or text someone.
Don't do that. Be here now. Be in control. Improve your life.
