Fitness isn’t piece of cake.
Hi everyone,
I’m a 28-year-old male with over 5 years of experience, currently working at a large MNC product company.. I’m earning 24 LPA and living a decent life here.
I’ve been actively trying to fix my physical health, mainly because sitting 8 hours a day at my org is taking a toll. Just this past Thursday, my back gave out so it’s either I fix my posture myself or give up on having a pain free spine altogether.
And honestly, this seems to be the story for many of us.
If not lower back pain, then neck stiffness becomes the issue. If not neck stiffness, then weight gain. And if everything else is fine, lethargy becomes the problem.
Why do our bodies give up so fast? What exactly are we working for?
My own routine used to had some gym time, but now I'm just drained. Still, every other colleague seems to have a predefined fitness checklist. If yoga works, great. If not, it’s “next!”
Everyone says they want to get “healthy” but no one seems to know what that “healthy” lifestyle should actually be.
hope anyone reading this can share their experiences?
