I have joined TCS on 21st Sept 2023 as C1 Systems Engineer under Innovators Category.

I got a rating of 4.92/5 for my First Year Anniversary.

Can someone help me understand how much increment can I expect ??

For Digital,
it was 75k for A band 50k for B band

So you can expect more and equal to these amounts for anniversary appraisal

It was not in percentage wise.
