First Time Remote Job Seeking Advice

I have got an opportunity to work for US company that doesn’t have an office in India. I want to know from others working in similar setup on below points

What legal entity should i setup that maximises tax benefits, least operational overhead and does not cause problem in bank loans. Also what is the one time and recurring expenses of maintaining it.

What things should i keep in mind to frame my salary expectations because i wont get PF, health insurance, gratuity. The leaves will be as per client geography and work timings will overlap US/europe timezone as its customer facing role.

Apart from above point what else could be important for me to consider before accepting this offer??

Don’t trust such companies. They can fire anytime without notice. For time being do job but don’t get too much comfortable in such jobs.

That's great, can you share how did you land up and skill set and ctc offered?
You can setup a company on your name and raise invoice and get salary ..10 percent you would need to pay. Consult a CA
