First time Offer negotiation process help

I have received offer from kgs for 20 lpa fixed.

Then I cleared the round for VOIS - they I told them I have counter cause they were only providing me based on current which is 10 lpa

They just matched 20 lpa .

I was expecting atleast 24 lpa

8 year of experience in SAP .

HOW should I progress on this ?
