First Switch, suggestions required

Hi all, I currently earn 12 lpa (10+2) I have received offer from EY GDS for 15.2 lpa (13.2+2) as senior consultant I already have an offer from KPMG for 17 (13.2 fix +1.8 personal +2 team bonus) as consultant

Which offer is better? Shall I request for more in EY? What should I expect if my YoE is 2.3 with MBA degree?

Yes you can ask EY to match Kpmg offer. And also try to ignore kpmg as much you can. This should be your last option
