First switch after 2 YOE

I am looking for a job switch after gaining 2 years of experience at Capgemini. My key skills include Java, Angular (Full Stack), Salesforce, Automation Testing, Python, MySQL, and React. Currently, I am earning a CTC of 4 LPA and aiming for 8 LPA in my next opportunity. I would appreciate any insights on the key areas I should focus on for preparation.
