Asking for justification for not terminating me and failing for it will make company to terminate me without any full salary for longer bench period.
I heard that there is HR connect before termination, is that going to occur for me? Anyone of your friends had similar experience??

You will be terminated without any HR connect. Companies these days only care about profits, not employees. They will not pay you full salary for bench period. Better start looking for another job.

I have already started to look for it. But I was actively looking for projects inside company, and why no HR connect
