Hii Guys, I am happy to share that finally I am getting the promotion in September cycle ,from Associate(Level 12) to Analyst(Level 11), after 2 years finally got it , btw it's default promotion.

I cleared my 2nd Techleap and was supposed to get promotion in March 2024 but didn't get through Techleap, now getting default after completing 2 years in Accenture.
