First Job Switch After ~4 YOE in Java | Need Guidance to Land a Better Opportunity

I’m looking for some guidance as I go through my first job switch and really want to make it count.

I have ~4 years of experience (3.10 to be exact) as a Java Developer at Infosys, where I’ve been working on backend development using Java, Spring Boot, JDBC, and Angular. I’ve already resigned and my last working day is 30th August.

Current Designation&CTC : Technology Analyst(5.3) Currently, I have these offers:

TCS – ₹8 LPA Accenture – ₹10 LPA (₹8.6L fixed) Less-known product-based company – ₹12 LPA, but it’s 5 days WFO with no WFH flexibility.

I have 1.5 months left, and I’m actively preparing to land a better opportunity with a good package.

Since this is my first switch, I’d really appreciate advice from those who’ve been through similar situations:

Should I stick with the current offers or push harder for better ones?

What should I focus on in the next 6 weeks to improve my chances?

Are there any referrals, platforms, or companies currently hiring for Java backend/full-stack roles?

Any inputs, suggestions, or leads would be of great help 🙏 Thanks in advance!

Interview aggressively with mid-high tier product companies.

Could you break it down a little please. Like from the past 2-3 weeks I have been constantly applying at Naukri, LinkedIn, but not received any calls, also how can I filter mid-high tier product companies and apply?

Ignore google and the likes. There’s some good co.s building products for the Indian Market. You can focus on that.
