General tips on handling priliminary HR call
How do I negotiate better with the HR? (Eg:- There have been times where I was offered lower pay compared to what the same company offered to 2023 graduates in my college because of my current CTC)
Should I share where I'm going once the offer is finalized in my current company?
These are some questions which popped up when I recently got a few calls. Any extra tip is also appreciated.

What kinda bump are you getting that justifies switching at 6 months?

I haven't got an offer. Only preliminary calls. I'm doing this because I'm getting to change from a small company to an industry leader. (Ps - I don't work in tech)

Oh I see. I won’t be having much context since you’re not in tech.
All the best :)

Are you sure no HR asked you about switching in 0.5 yrs because that is a red flag. You're not even 6 months in the field and you want that sweet switch bump to CTC?

Yes they did. My main reason is to relocate and that's what I said.
