First job scare

It's my first jobs ever, i've done few internships in the past, I'm making a lot of mistakes, my lead seems to be frustrated with me. Made a big one recently, and now struggling with new stuff. I worry that lead must be thinking that they made a mistake while hiring me. The anxiety is also a killer. I've started smoking because of this, how do you get out of this downward spiral?
