Firing is Serious Guys.. Watch Out!
If you get any email that say review meeting to discuss status from RMG team - like the one I've attached, then understand that the countdown has started. Either they tell/force you to resign or tell that you have been successful unallocated now you have 35 days left to find a project else step down. Be careful, RMG team won't help you in finding any projects, after this meeting you're on your own. Sharing from personal experience, Nothing fake! So for people who were saying/asking - Is firing/force resignation is fake? NOPE IT IS REAL!

Guys this is a very good example on not to believe everything on social media.
Many people reported that after getting this email they were called to discuss their skills and help them allocated to project.
But this guys and rest others on grapevine arenjust to spread rumours and everything just for the sake of engagement.

Shall I tell guys--- RMG is not seriously working to find projects at the moment- if we are on bench- they may send forms to fill- and if you mention any constraints on location or technology as such automatically the profile will be rejected- thats what said to me on my face. Tbh the RMG hall is looking like Living room - people chit chatting- checking the stocks, scrolling insta blah blah. And when I see this minutes capturing in timesheet and all- everything is straight away saying TCS is no more the company what we heard and saw. The unallocated people are their first target I am saying. I seriously have loyalty and dedication on this company - but I am consoling myself that TCS for what I served was dead.
Agree with you bro! RMG just shows that they do but in reality they don't care.

I think they are targeting associates having higher compensation at particular level of years that's why didn't hear any case of any C3A and above who are in tcs since starting as they have low compensation as compared to others who are lateral hires.

Correct as they join in covid Era with higher compensation

I don't know about c3a guys but recently one of my friend's colleague below c3a probably c1 had ignored the email and didn't attend. And it had been more than a week since he told me and by that time he had already been for almost 4 business days. I am not sure whether the guy is lying but my friend said this guy usually wont lie.

Are you trying say something like do not attend these meetings?

In press it is mentioned that they will give 3 months of pay to people they are firing. I know this is bs. But what steps are they taking so that the fired employee does not come back to them legally demanding anything?
