Is it true that bench ppl are getting especially management level 12
Its true after call Hr is giving one day deadline to get into project if you cant manage then you will be relieved immediately with 3 months severence package. Although I am not 100% sure about severence package some people are saying they are not giving severence package!
Ive been in bench last 2weeks andI'm not getting any project calls. So what would be the case
Today my manager told me if your bench age is more than 50 days you would be fired. Also if you wait for project calls you will never get one because there is a hiring freeze and after 50 days you will be laid off automatically. So if you want to save your job you will have to take the initiative to reach out to people and arrange for a project. Dont depend on Accenture its no longer that golden company that it used to be, its as good as TCS, Infosys now, so it will find the slightest excuse to fire you if it needs to.
One of my colleague (L -10) also got laid off in last week with 3 months salary.
This is a bloody truth. Not only level 12, level 9 people also getting fired
Management level 10, 11, 12 have been most hit.
