Firing Hoax is Real ??!
So I have been doing wfh from Last November. Never went to office in bw. So due to this whole uproar I decided that I should visit office atleast for a week. Was in the lift, and heard 1 guy from asset submission team that the total red list contained 207,000 names and they were instructed to fire 60k employees i.e. around 20% of employees. Not sure whether he was just blabbering or not but seemed genuine with his expression 🥹
It's all rumours. No solid proofs or evidence to support your claim. Don't spread panic. Don't be a scammer.

To your question, Experience is expensive when it is required to run a very Large Ship in sea and rogh seas. You don't need Experience to maintain a boat anchored in harbor and not required to go to rough seas and only task is to see the boat is properly tied and anchor is taught
Firing is for real. And the number is unclear. But it is simple logic. If from each account, if the target is to remove 20%, isn't it like the 20% reduction applies for entire Org. Technically not all 20% will be let go. But to be pragmatic, atleast 10% may be targeted. And this isn't fear mongering. This is happening. Someone i know was let go last week. He is c3a and he said on Friday he alone witnessed that 30 people were asked to leave in that 2 hr window. Truth is bitter pill to Swallow.
July 2025 rmg strength 86000. August 31st rmg strength 5500. So people deployed, terminate and resigned all in this. This cycle continues till 31st March. Tcs wants to reduce strength to somewhat 5lacs. So this cycle will continue. I have checked with the rmg guy. He mentioned start looking outside. Fyi today is my 1st day in rmg. So understand the situation. This company is ruining everything.
