Firing freshers?

Is tcs firing freshers also, because I have heard that hr is forcing fresher associates who are on bench for around 90 days. Is it true?

Yeah, already did some freshers got forced resignation, Mostly due to not getting allocated, not responding to calls, saying they don't want support projects like that, meanwhile tcs have only thousands of support project.

No idea as of now , but usually training freshers take up more cost than firing them and replacing them . So I don't think so

Well, there's no level being defined in terms of getting mails from HR/RMG. If an associate is part of the so-called "Fluidity List", he/she has to face the meetings with HR/RMG. Although if the associate is tagged to a project, the respective account team can still fight to retain the associate. However if the list comes from the corporate team, there's no way other than resigning with immediate effect, that too.
