Trending @Cognizant; Firing because of WFH

Many of the digital media showing that cognizant has given warning for not returning to office or they will fire. Is this news true? Anyone got impacted because of this or just a hoax to bring employees back to office? Any one from HR department can validate this?

Yes they are sending warning letters. It is 1000% true.

Are you getting it from business leaders or the HR? And what if you are tagged to a project, will they still fire you as the business cost of hiring a new candidate is much more than letting the previous one to do wfh.

Even if you are in project you have to punch your card because India Hr is still mailing if your card is not punched. On bench you certainly have no option but to go office.
