Fired with no reason

Worst mistake of my life. I really thought this was a good step. It started off well, I got results. The company had never done anything in my dept. I built everything from scratch. But they kept changing my manager. It was the big brother first. Then suddenly after a month it was his sister. And then suddenly she started treating me badly, and then the younger bro was my manager. Then suddenly my designation was changed which clearly demoted me. Without any communication of why and when.

Was never given right targets. Not given enough freedom to function. too much focus on form. Office was over crowded. 50 people sitting in the space of 30 people. No non veg food allowed. Remove shoes in the office. Really shitty culture for an office.

So nothing to learn, nothing to gain. No matter what you are getting offered, still don't join. Waste of your time.
