I’m currently looking for an internal project change (not a client-facing role). I’ve requested a release from my current assignment, but the team is not willing to move me to the bench. However, they have agreed to release me if I find another project. I would really appreciate any help or leads in finding a suitable internal opportunity.

Actually I got a hardlock mail...n I got into a project... after that nobody reached out to me..after 2 months some one said that I was rolled off from the project via teams chat ....I was not sure y?n i reached every single person nobody responding to this...n i contacted bench HR ...he said that u r tagged under a project, u just reach to project people, today my manger said she is trying to roll off me..but central team is not ready to release me to bench ...they said they can't release ASE to bench once they r locked....so my manger said to me she is helpless she can't do anything that I need to search project on my own...so here my question is if I'm tagged to a project how can I get another project calls?my profile shows that I'm tagged to a project, so for those people my profile won't show as I'm available.... could u plz solve this...if u have any idea abt this 😕
Even non technical roles also fine for me but need to change project immediately
