Finding project reg

I have 5 years experience. I am on bench since august. I need to change my domain to development. But the project team not accepting me as I don't have prior experience. One account assured me to give allocation. But at last month they have denied me as there are some issues in allocation. But I had made mistake by denying other projects in mean time . Now I can't find other projects. I am scared of termination . Whether they will terminate me ? Very difficult to change the domain . Applied projects in ultimatrix. It shows pending with approver . To whom we need to contact for this?
